I believe some of the vehicles they have were in minor accidents and that's why the prices are so low but the work they've done on them is probably even better than what they were like from the dealer. I got an SUV and couldn't be happier with the way it drives. The service is great too. Very friendly guys that don't hard-sell.

We originally came to this car dealer for an advertised 2011 Kia forte on Craigslist which was sold, then we ended up purchasing a non-major defect rebuilt status 2010 civic for a decent finance appraisal. Thor is the perfect salesman or lets say the ideal respectful salesman without the hard sell effort and intent like some salesman from higher-end dealerships. At first we took the car for a test drive then decided to attempt a financing pre - approval process to compare different dealerships monthly payments at the same time we firmly do not guarantee the car purchase as we were still looking at other car dealerships. As surprised as we are, Thor didn't even flinch to attempt a hard-sell like our previous encounter at other car dealers but instead he respectfully acknowledged us. Thor is real, patient and highly honest with 20+ years salesmanship, we highly recommended Inline motors. Our previous car shopping experience with other dealers that some people may consider to avoid for the following details. Higher end dealerships like Nissan applewood in surrey or WC auto direct in Richmond where hard sell intent and typical salesman stereotype we recognized easily. And yes SALESMAN STEREOTYPE; what i mean is we dealt with a salesman name anna claiming the car is mint in a high energetic tone whereas anybody can recognize his intent to lure nearby salesman to come over to further exaggerate in between conversation about our appearance and apparel and the car and other complete bullshit. This happened at WC auto direct. A second encounter we had which was at Nissan applewood with salesman name Omar is an unpleasant one. We offered a decent down payment in cash which surprised him but instead surprised us because we didn't expect to get a face reaction just because we had cash on hand. Anyway, trying to process a pre-approval finance, we were firm to not guarantee the purchase and we just want to benchmark different monthly payment deals. Omar is 100% insistent on every way stereotypical salesmanship from praising warranty specialty to demoting other used car brand costly repairs. worst of all Omar insisted we put faith in him to give us the best deal possible for financing monthly payments after we signed the paper to buy the car on the spot instead of telling us the exact payment. Instead he gave us insulting stare while reasoning us and further talking to tempt us to side with him on the purpose of doing business just because we refrained from signing the car deal agreement. All I got to say is what’s the point of shopping if you can’t freely shop without being hassled or be in someone’s trickery to spend bigger dollars and be on longer financing terms. ESPECIALLY WHEN WE SPENT 7 HOURS STRAIGHT driving from one dealer to another across the lower mainland. None of that car salesman stereotype exist at In Line Motors. Highly recommend that car dealership.

Bought a acura tl type s with aspec mods here basically the car I've wanted since I was 18. With kms under 87k. Great service. I couldn't pass it up. Thor and shelagh (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) were great. Though we had some issues after the purchase regarding the financing (wasn't their fault) which would result in me paying much more shelagh was able reduce the amount greatly and basically saved me 1500 dollars. They go out of their way for u. They provided me a complete documentation history of the vehicle. Car proof, complete inspection report from the ministry of bc transportation. Car was in amazing condition. Great stuff.

Update from my previous review: picked up a 2011 mdx from jay & Ahmad. Everything went smoothly un until I figured the ac wasn't working before the completion of sale. Jay got his mechanic to recharge it on the spot and it worked a for a couple of hours.. went warm again. Contacted jay, he said he would fix it. Sent the vehicle for repairs, had to spend 2 days. One day for diagnosis another day for repairs. Problem solved. Ac worked again for one week, then went warm again. I decided to take the vehicle into a Honda dealership to find out they repaired the ac discharge hose (which was the issue) with JB weld. Which was a temporary solution. Had to spend $400 plus out of my own pocket to repair. The mechanic at inline motors has no idea what he's doing or either looking for the cheapest way out. Contacted jay, owner of inline motors. Initially he did say, he would help me out with the bill but now refuses to respond. Disappointed customer. Update, inline motors did reimburse 50% of my repair cost.
