Next time we're looking for a used vehicle, we'll start with inline motors. Jay is the person to talk to (make sure you talk to Jay!); he made sure we were happy with our purchase. UPDATE: 2 months later, we are still happy we went with Inline...the used car we bought is great!

I have to say, I was super pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! The employee that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and truly listened to our needs! Also he explained everything in a very simple and understandable manner since I don’t know much about cars! I know this sounds a little too good to be true but trust me, it’s worth at least paying them a visit!

I chose to shop at Inline Motors in part because of the excellent reviews I saw here. I’d like to add one of my own, and specifically for the salesperson I dealt with, Ari. From the start, Ari was very friendly and welcoming of me and my brother (who came to help). He took the time to learn our names and to get to know us on a more personal level. We appreciated this, as it helped us connect well with Ari and feel we could trust him. As the cars I was looking at were all rebuilds, Ari went over all the paperwork on each vehicle, including the inspection reports and photos (which he also promptly emailed when I bought the car). He was responsive to my concerns and requests and I never felt pressured to buy on the spot. On the day I picked up my car, Ari even drove to the SkyTrain station to get me so I wouldn’t have to walk to the dealership. Other pluses: Inline has a 6 month warranty on their vehicles, and they have a car insurance rep who comes in on the day of the sale to do the insurance for you, so you don’t have to make a separate trip. Based on my experience here I would definitely consider them again for future purchases, and recommend them to others. I would especially recommend Ari for his friendliness and genuineness, which made the shopping experience great.

So I've got a little story about Inline Motors. Would I recommend them? After what happened to me I would 100% recommend them!! I was very uncertain when I saw this 2014 Mazda CX5 with 16,000kms AWD and the 2.5 engine. I saw in the ad that it was a rebuilt (which if done right is no problem.. I now have two rebuilt vehicles) I came down and talked to Jay and then to Thor (the God of war against high prices 😄) We talked and they showed me the pictures of the accident on the vehicle. I drove the car and it drove perfectly. So we made a deal (if I had bought this vehicle new ,I would have spent $17,000 More than what I did spend!!) Well after a week of driving the engine light went on. The vehicle was still under Inline Motors warrantee. I was all worried that they would be like lots of car dealers and try to screw me over. But Jay worked with me and the mechanics at first couldn't find out what was wrong... Then they figured it out (minor issue.) and Jay paid for everything with no hassles or stress... Just boom , done and paid for! I believe that if some company treats you like crap , then the world should know about it. But also if they treat you extremely well , as I have been treated at Inline Motors. I believe that EVERYONE should know that there are decent, honest Car dealers out there!! It's my opinion that if you want a new car and you don't want to pay many thousands more for it, go see Jay and Thor!! Is this a genuine review, yes it is! I just brought my blue CX-5 into Inline Motors today to take a picture with Jay and shake him by the hand for being a really genuine person. He said he's going to post it onto their site. So yeah... That's me and I'm happy with my purchase!

Purchased car in october but went today to get the wheel lock key nd some other repairs done, jay nd ahmed really did a great job , all repairs were completed within a day. Totally satisfied with inline motors nd work of their sales representative Shaine. Thanks guyz.

Although had a big surprise with the expensive insurance after we close the deal (but that was our mistake), we have only good things to say about Inline Motors. It can be hard to buy a car if you are from another country, but Thor and Jay were very helpful, clear and honest on this process. I strong recommend Inlinemotors not just because they have all pictures and car proof history for any car for your peace of mind, but because if eventually you have any problem or question about the car later, they are there to help you any time. If you need financing, Shelagh will be there to help you, she is perfect! I'll definitely be back when I need a new car.
